with Yuki Jungesblut and special guest Wolfram DER Spyra.
This evening sees the release of the long overdue artist book "Cloud Country" by Yuki Jungesblut for YUKITV TOURIST RESEARCH BOOKS: Cloud Country documents exactly one journey (from Tokyo to Paris). And while observing landscapes of clouds and countries from the sky a sense of wonder and discovery in the albeit distant reencounter with this planet is found and cherished. The book will be accompanied by a side installation by Yuki Jungesblut and spontaneous intermissions by DER Spyra, whose newly released album "Staub" will also be available this evening. Relocated from San Francisco, artist Adrian Rötzscher now lives and works in Berlin. With LBENESWLET/LFIEWRLOD, a grouping of new works consisting of self-published chapbooks and art zines as well as new drawings and paintings, he presents his personal explorations. These texts and images delve into themes as ubiquitous and ethereal as phenomenology, communication, ego, and the relationship between personal and communal mythologies.
One must connect the dots of one's subconscious with those of the outer world, here contrasts arise and take metaphysical space in the form of opinion, relationship, and self-perception; unbound documentation arises as visual symbols and subjective verse. A poetical journey through personal experience in the rhythm of the tides, not always sober, but always precise and with a great depth of field. The poems lead into the Berlin underground, to the sunrise at the beach of Rhodos, to the ducks on a lake in Masuria and deep in the own past and inside the world-perception-apparatus, never getting stuck in despair, but over and over again rising like phoenix from the piss ...
by Marco Kunz http://www.amazon.de/Gezeitenrhythmus-HD-Gedichte-Marco-Kunz/dp/1497518741 For many years he was lost in the land of the black trees in the sky at the brain-lake of exstasy, but now his poetical visions and magical paintings of language have been put to the public eye. His poetry is wild, mysterious and mystical, filled tight with cryptic pictures and enchanting music of language, but consistently comes back to a plain and coherent tone. by Thomas Nessi http://www.amazon.de/dp/1502519585 Body Utopia is a work in progress and research in experimental electronics. Its first version was recorded at Radio France and the podcast soon released. It is inspired both by the speech le Corps Utopique by Michel Foucault and by a poem written by Paul Celan. by Trami Nguyen http://www.francemusique.fr/emission/des-aventures-sonores/2014-2015/trami-nguyen-10-28-2014-22-30 |
